I have 15 employees I manage and try to give them something each year for Christmas. Last year I did lotions and candies (it is mostly women). Since this comes out of my own pockets I try to keep the price to about $10-15 per person. This year I was thinking gift cards to a local restaurant. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Depends on where your at. here it would be Sticky fingers.
You have time . We did this for boss’s day. (there are 6 of them here) I got each person a gift card for there favorite place or someplace they have been wanting to try. They really appreciated it.
